Fast Track Trade Authority will soon pass Congress and come to the Presidents desk. Republicans stripped out assistance for workers who are impacted by trade to pass it and promised to pass this assistance in a separate bill. The President should refused to sign Fast Track Authority until Congress also passes worker assistance. This is the only way to hold republicans accountable for their promise.
