Not sign the UN Arms Trade Treaty, which the US Senate has already voted against and uphold the US Constitution.

Created by J.S. on August 21, 2013

On 2 April 2013, the UN General Assembly adopted the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), regulating the international trade in conventional arms.

The ATT fails to expressly recognize the fundamental, individual right to keep and to bear arms and the individual right of personal self-defense, as well as the legitimacy of hunting, sports shooting, and other lawful activities pertaining to the private ownership of firearms and related materials, and thus infringes on freedoms protected by the Second Amendment.

The Obama Administration has indicated it will sign this treaty despite the US senate voting earlier this year for the United States to not participate.

Vote in support of the Obama Administration NOT signing this Treaty and upholding the US Constitution to the international community.
