This is not Snow! Convene a committee addressing ChemTrails and chemically altered substances falling from the sky.

The American public is aware there is something sinister that is transpiring overhead. Chemical Trails criss cross the once unmolested blue skys as woven patchwork. We demand an official response as to the purpose, the chemical compounds that are being disbursed, and the effects thereof. With special response addressing the recent reports and videos showing a chemically altered substance resembling snow, but that doesn't melt in direct contact with heat, emits a smell of burning rubber or plastic once burned, and the toxicity of this substance. We can no longer ignore these harmful, climate changing tactics that is transpiring and demand an offical answer. We demand to get this administration on the record regarding these facts.
