needing to change what the obama admin and congress are wanting to do to the us army, the us air force and the us navy, its not right we need our BAH to be able to live in safe places, and we cannot afford to pay for Tricare Prime especially the soliders with EFMP familes, its not right nor should it be ok for them to do this to us
