Not take military action in Syria without the support of the UN Security Council.

Created by C.U. on September 07, 2013

Despite the intention to enforce international law against the use of chemical weapons, the United States must not take military action against the sovereign nation of Syria which is currently engaged in civil war without the approval of the UN Security Council. Without popular international support the United States runs the risk of escalating a civil war into a much larger regional conflict, this is not supported by the American people, therefore any action that is taken must be supported by the international community as a whole.
