The Economy needs a Jolt; Banks and Government are hesitant or refusing to provide it. Not penalizing and allowing The Middle Class access to their own money at lower rates than Wall Street would provide that. Allow us to borrow and invest our own money at better rates than Big Banks. 'We The People' demand better treatment than The 1%.
