Last time the Obama Administration promised to listen to the voice of the people on the internet the top voted issue (Legalization of Marijuana) was casually dismissed by the administration with a trite one paragraph response that did nothing to address problematic issues with Prohibition and the War on Drugs. We petition that when the War on Drugs becomes a top issue on this site, the administration hold a frank, honest, and thorough discussion about the costs and benefits of the War on Drugs, and not treat this whole project like the lame political stunt it undoubtedly is.
