I do believe that we as a nation deserve healthcare. I don't however believe that those that have minimum wage jobs, and their employers do not offer health care can not afford it should have to pay fines. Most of us do good to pay the rent, and utilities, not to mention food and gas and we cannot afford healthcare. I think companies should all have to offer it. I don't however think that if they don't a person should be fined for it.
