Not use $7 billion dollars of tax payers money to upgrade power in Africa.

The United States should not spend tax payers dollars on upgrading power in Africa. We are already in a huge deficit, that would be something very foolish to do. The energy problems in Africa are not concerns of the United States government and I can personally attest to saying taxpayers regardless of race, gender, or income are getting fed-up. Each day millions of Americans go to work and when the evening arrives, turn on their tv's to see there hard earned money spent on issues that are not concerns for their nation, or just plain stupid. Mr. Obama this NEEDS TO END NOW, if you plan on giving Africa your personal hard-earned money, than go right ahead that is not any of Americas business, but unfortunately that is not the case.
