Notice that there are people out there that are struggling with even more debt with insurance's outrageous premiums.

I have noticed that insurance companies does send bills to people of asking them to pay over ten of thousands dollars just that they can pay for about couple hundreds bucks. I know that the money pool is required, but there has to be a way where we can actually cut down that numbers to be affordable and saves money so we can spend it create more jobs. This directly involves with disabilities, debts, and outrageous premiums payments.
