We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Notify gun dealers when they are running a background check for a gun buyer if that person is on the no fly list.

By notifying gun dealers that the person they have submitted a background check is on the "no-fly" list, it would give the dealer the option of refusing the sale to a potential terrorist without taking away any 2nd amendment rights of gun ownership.
