this impacted anyone who voted before this information(reopening Hillary Clinton Email case), James Comey directly knew his actions would help 1 presidential nominee, and instead of releasing this info before voters in Colorado were allowed to vote, he decided to do it after 20 or so million people already voted. this is against Department of Justice rules, and i feel the appropriate action is to arrest James Comey after the election, regardless of who wins the Presidential election.
