We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Nov 9th Declare Senate Passed On Its Role To Advise and Confirm On The Supreme Court Nominee

Created by L.L. on November 01, 2016

Since the Senate has decided it will not act on the Supreme Court nominee it has by default expressed no objection or opinion on the nominee. Have the nominee report to the bench and write the Senate that you are sitting the nominee as they passed on their role. Let the existing Supreme Court rule on any objections they have and determine what is reasonable for the process. Otherwise this will continue next term also.
