Now that Colorado and Washington have legalized recreational Marijuana. The FED should allow the states to self control.

As more and more States decide on Medical Marijuana laws and with the full legalization of Marijuana in two states. The Federal Government should allow the independent States to choose their own laws on governing of the new laws on both medical and recreational Marijuana. These new laws were voted on and won by the people of those states and are the voters choice. Lets honor the people of the US and allow their vote to be heard.
