Unfortunatelly, families with 4 or 5 children receiving food stamps are children that mainly are not supervised by their fathers and in most cases this children are not the doctors or the attorneys that we prefer that they would be of this country or are not interested in studying.
There is high probability that many of them falls in criminal acts. A woman who knows that will have just a child supported by the food stamps, will choose the better father for this only child.
