Nuclear Fire avoidance Petition

This petition is a call to action that congress pass a bill that severely limits the President of the United States nuclear capability. Specifically, that the President shall no longer have sole say as to when such weapons are used. This is too much power for one person, and a President of poor temperament may trigger nuclear war. The use of nuclear weapons should therefore be the purview of the President and the leader of the Senate, both of whom must agree to the use of such weapons before such use is authorized.
