The Nuer ethnic group's massacre was executed by the Presidential guards in Juba, South Sudan.

On 16 Dec, 2013, hundreds of Nuer ethnic group members were targeted by the South Sudan's Presidential guards at night in the city of Juba. The Guards received their order from the President himself to go door to door searching for Nuer who happened to come from the same ethnic group with President's opponent, Dr. Riek Machar. Dr. Machar is not fighting for Nuer cause in South Sudan alone but the entire populace of South Sudan. Therefore, massacre of the Nuer people in Juba, which started on 15-17 Decumber 2013 was unbelievable. The President of South Sudan must answer these killings himself to the world court.
