The Washington Redskins - a privately owned American business entity - was wrongfully and unjustly stripped of many or all of patents that protect its brand and fair economic presence.
The name is considered offensive to some, but more notably it has been concluded through research that most Native American people are NOT against this name; in fact a large portion of the Native American population (especially in the area that the Team resides) take pride in the fact that they are well represented by a major sports team in American Society's most popular sport.
Please do not strip these patents from the Americans who rightfully OWN this franchise and have worked hard to make it a successful, multi-million dollar business in This Great Land.
