Nullify Florida state laws prohibiting the open carry of long gun and nullify laws prohibiting the open carry of handgun

Created by D.W. on March 11, 2014

We the people, request, the nullification of laws prohibiting open carry of long gun(s), as well as, laws prohibiting open carry of handgun(s). It is unlawful in Florida to open carry a firearm, unless traveling to/from a shooting range, fishing, hunting, camping. The current open carry laws are an unconstitutional infringement (the action of limiting, restricting or undermining something) upon our second amendment rights.
