Today, 11/3/2015, my supervisor got a write up. My manager decided to write my supervisor up, because the employees from our department wouldn't utilize the "tools" our company provided for us to do our job. Unfortunately my supervisor can't force anyone to do anything, he can talk and let them know that if they don't utilize the "tools", the employees can and will be held accountable for not utilizing them. As I described my supervisor got a write up for something that he had no control over, in terms of making someone do something they don't want to.
Let us show some unity in this matter and get this petition reach the Obama administration and seek justice to my supervisor and others supervisors/managers/employees for the unjustice in our work place.
