It would be unfair to kick Justin Bieber out of the U.S when what he has done isn't the worst thing anyone else has ever done, and I have not seen some of those people being deported. When there was the shooting in aurora I did not see a petition for that or a petition to kick out Chris Brown for beating up Rihanna. So kicking out Justin for something as harmless as egging a house is a bit over the top. Drag racing, you can find people racing all the time, or speeding. Drunk driving or under the influence can be found anywhere in the U.S so I why not deport them also?
