Nullify petitions encouraging action against secession signers.

In light of the fact that any secession of a state cannot be initiated by any one individual or group of people requesting such action and thereby cause any state to secede from the United States, let it hereby be understood that any action taken against any individual who signs any petition is a complete violation of 1st Admendment rights and Freedom of Expression. Common sense tells you that any secession has to come from the initiation of the governing body of any one state acting upon the concenus of the majority of the residents of that state.
