A NUMBER of (?)-to be voted- limiting the executive orders made by One President over the entirety of his tenure.

While it is hard to find a balance in our government, our President should be checked by the number of executive orders made. A number should be voted upon, by the people, to determine how many can be made throughout the entirety of one President's tenure. This "amendment" would only further strengthen our deteriorating Constitution, and protect us from possible tyrannical procedures and law.
