This Law would require states to set Nurse to Patient ratios to ensure safe delivery of medical care. A Federal law would standardize the amount of nurses need to care safely for a given amount of patients. Evidence Based Studies have shown that increased nurse staffing directly improved patient outcomes. Please support nurses in this very important endeavor, it will affect you directly.
