In 2003, the The Federal Government admitted that Marijuana is medically valid including for it's use as a neuralprotector by way of Patent 6630507. In other words, it prevents brain damage and even heals brain damage. The Fed Govt. Admitted that much so far yet Marijuana remains on the controlled substance list as a Schedule 1 Drug. Mr Obama, publicly admit that Marijuana is medically valid.
