Therefore , it is time that the Obama Administration (as Chief Executive of the Federal Government and DC) ORDER that all A/C be shut down (IMMEDIATELY, in JULY) in order to prove the Democrats mean what they say and are willing to ACT ON THEIR BELIEFS and LEAD/prove others the right Path/approach!
