This petition is designed to give the President and his Administration the support needed to declare a STATE OF NATIONAL ECONOMIC EMERGENCY and give his Administration powers to by-pass the blockades attributable to the Republican dominated House and the use of the filibuster rules in the Senate.
In each and every case that the President and His Administration has exerted their authority without Congressional intervention, the results are extremely positive. Foreign Affairs and the War on Terror is a major area to exemplify the correct judgement the Administration has applied.
