Obama, Ask the Supreme Court to rule that a warrant is required to search cell phones.

Created by M.S. on April 16, 2014

This month the Supreme Court will hear two cases, Riley v. California and United States v. Wurie. They will decide if a warrant is required to search your cell phone. Think about all the stuff you have on your cellphone: your text messages, a complete list of everyone you know, a complete log of every time you contacted them, photos of yourself and everyone you know. This is people's most intimate information and deserves to be protected.

The Supreme Court would not even be thinking of taking up this case except that you, Obama, asked them to. You have done many good things as a president. But you have failed to protect our privacy and our 4th amendment rights.

Information from the Washington Post and cracked. I encourage everyone to do their own research and to follow these rulings.
