Mandatory Health Insurance is a tax. People are forced to purchase health insurance, the Government has meddled to where costs continue to rise and it is now mandatory. With Health Insurance now being required by Federal Law it no longer earned money being spent, it is a regulatory requirement and the income spent on health insurance premiums should not be taxable income.
