If you really want to help the homeless why don't you start at home? "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Considering the white house has 132 rooms, why can't you shelter some of the homeless in Washington DC?
I'm sure you might not be able to accommodate someone in every room but I'm positive you can at least have 50-80 homeless people with a roof over their heads. Or do you folks at the white house even care that much?
