Obama needs to step up and make harsher animal laws. like first time people get a fine second time 3 months in jail

I am tired of people getting away with abusing animals The laws need to be harder Animals are like our kids would we seat back and let a person hurt our kids NO we would put that person in jail Animals pertect us love us just as our kids do so why cant more harder laws be made up I beleave it would make people think twice before they hurt an animal First time people get a fine the second time people should have to spend 3 months in jail the third time a year or two in jail Animals cant stand up for there self so we have to and Obama needs to stop messing around with his stupid insurance stuff and make harder animal laws
