RESOLVED: That the President dress as 'Frozone' for the 2013 White House Halloween celebration and that the First Lady dress as 'Edna Mode'.
Further Resolved: That Disney/Pixar create the costumes at no cost to the American Taxpayer in exchange for the resultant publicity.
Additionally Resolved: That Disney/Pixar loan said costumes to the President and First Lady [rather than give them] to avoid questions of impropriety & gifts.
