President Obama should file a lawsuit against Congress for their non actions that have hurt the growth, welfare, and legislative enactments of our country. Their goals are not only political, but obviously discriminatory in nature, targeted against his race and all people of color. Upon winning the suit a trust fund for all black and minority children to share equally should be established to attend college or higher education of their choice.
