The Republicans and the Right Wing Media are intent on blocking any nomination to the Supreme Court through the regular process. There is a chance that a Republican can win the White House and the Republicans could keep the Senate.
If you don't act now, there is a chance we could get another activist judge equivalent to Scalia. If this were to happen and we lost Ginsburg next, we would never be able to overturn Citizens United and Roe v Wade could be.
