Obamacare adds public option; Businesses do not pay for employees' insurance.

Created by P.S. on November 25, 2012

We petition the Administration to negotiate an agreement with Congress and with American Businesses. American businesses will be freed from the obligation to provide health insurance for their employees, thus making them more competitive with companies in other countries which are free from this obligation. American Businesses will support the addition of a Public Option to the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare"). The Public Option will, like Medicare, give individuals the choice of the government administered insurance or a regulated private alternative (similar to the Medicare Alternative options currently available to Medicare recipients at the same cost as Medicare.)
