We the People of every State, by our own authority “COMMAND” that all elected and appointed servants obey The Constitution for the United States of America, which guarantees to every state in this union and the People thereof, a constitutional republican form of government that the judiciary and all oath takers must obey, Article VI.. Judges and clerks are to obey under penalty of 18 USC §2071 and are not to conceal,
remove, mutilate or misfile any record, proceeding, paper, document, or other thing filed by the Unified Common Law Grand Juries with the court clerk or county clerk. The grand jury is an institution separate from the
