On June 16, 2011 the US Supreme Court issued a decision in Bond v United States which reinterprets the tenth amendment of the United States Constitution. The individual now is empowered with the rights granted to the states in the tenth amendment. This decision also reaffirms that the federal government is limited to those powers granted by the Constitution and all other rights fall to the state, now the individual. Finally, this US Supreme Court decision states that treaty can not be enforced against the individual, particularly treaty which infringes the tenth amendment. The case of Wikard v Filburn is overturned. Stop enforcing federal law above states law concerning food, medical cannabis, manufacturing or other issues where federal government is not empowered by the US Constitution.
