OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE IS A SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENSE

I m an Algerian Citizen 60 years old , victim of an obstruction of justice prohibited by the comon federal statrute 18 usc cide chapter 73 , and victim of violation of the us court orders , violation of the universal declarations of human rights , and i become betrayed blackmailed by USDOS in Algeria , i m threatened by dishonest complaint filed against me with local Algerian Gov , police dept local tribunal , imagin that usdos tried to convince local police and tribunal that I m a pro American working for USA as a spy . Actually USA stole my own money $33,600.00 and deprived me from defense of my human dignity as a defendant in 02 cases in USA but i m deliberately excluded from my constitutional rights first amendment .
