We the People of the United States of America respectful petition the president, to require any state to obtain an affirmative vote of 90% of "registered voters" before accepting a petition to secede from the United States of America.
The petitions filled despite the number of votes/signatures do not reflect a majority of voters. The country needs to focus on moving forward and working on it's issues, not starting a civil war.
