On August 31, 2004, I was summoned to the Travis County Courthouse for erroneous charges, which proved to be unsubstantiated. During the proceeding, I was tasered in the groin without provocation. I was also taken to a back area and sexually assaulted. I have since developed prostate cancer at the young age of 50. I would like the powers that be to release the transcript of this proceeding and release any footage of the courtroom and adjoining back office areas so that I may seek justice in this matter. American citizens should not have to worry about being assaulted by their government when they attend a government mandated meeting.
