Aaron Sandusky was convicted and faces 10 years to life in prison. His crime? Operating a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in California, where medical marijuana is legal. Unfortunately, while his actions were legal under state law, federal law still prohibits the growth and distribution of marijuana.
President Obama should pardon Sandusky, and the federal government should stay out of the States' buisiness.
