Alan Mulally is known and celebrated for turning around Ford Motor Company. He is due to retire soon. Given a free hand to revamp the VA he would be able to turn this once proud agency into what is needed for today's and tomorrow's veterans. Alan Mulally is exactly the kind of person to do the job. We believe President Obama should contact Mr. Mulally immediately and offer him the position.
