offer to cede the government of Mexico all of the territory currently known as the state of Texas.

Due to the request by more than 95,000 people to allow Texas to secede from the Union, we hereby request that the U.S. government begin an orderly process to remove the state from the United States of America. This process should include the following actions: closing all military bases within the state of Texas, relocating all equipment and personnel to the remaining states, and rendering all remaining facilities unusable by any foreign government or terrorist organization; cutting off all funding for all highways and public utilities; cutting out all social social programs paying to Texans, including Social Security and Medicaid; creating a path to U.S. citizenship for Texans opposed to secession; moving the border fence to the surrounding states borders with Texas.
