Offer courses in all Public Schools to learn Firearm Safety, as in the days where the older Generations were taught.

There have always been "murders, killings, and even stoning in the Biblical times, but when the 30-40 year old Generations we had a Program at School, where we were taught "Firearm Safety" for example to keep all guns locked up, never touch a gun unless an Adult was present, and were given a "patch" to wear on hunting clothing, to show "Wardens" etc. that we knew Firearm Safety.
Look at the stats as well, "our" Generation did not have "video games" that showed graphic detail, and allowed us to "Kill" innocent people, and had games to teach us "how to kill a "duck". Our Forefathers, fought and died so that we could be a "Free" Country, and Bare Arms, regardless of how much ammo it could hold. This Country needs Firearm Safety, and Egypt doesn't need F16's
