Offer debt relief to Americans in compliance with Obamacare mandates through forgiveness of outstanding medical bills.

Millions of Americans are suffering under a burden of debt caused from old medical bills. Whether these individuals were not insured, or under insured, they are struggling to make their payments and/or find themselves unable to qualify for home, auto, and other loans due to credit scores affected by these old bills. Under the Administration's new medical insurance mandates, Americans will now be paying whether they use the care on a regular basis or not. All citizens affected negatively by the burden of past medical bills should be offered a jubilee.. a forgiveness of said debt, since doing so would strengthen the economy and boost the moral of the American people.
