On Saturday, October 1, 2016 an apparent citizen of the United States of America accessed and defaced a web site belonging to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This action was disrespectful to the Russian Federation, our Honorable, Valued and Respected International Partner. The supposed vigilante action has brought great disrespect, shame, and humility upon the United States of America. As a respectable and honorable gesture of goodwill, an offer to extradite the Jester for Prosecution and Sentencing to the Russian Federation must be made.
