Offer to the indigenous population of the United States 'First State' status, allowing them, as a single uniified entity the same representation in the house and senate afforded to the other states: two senators and proportional congressmen. The intent of this offer would be:
1: In reparation for the harm inflicted upon their populations in the founding of this great nation.
2: To provide them a legitimate representational voice in the affairs of this nation.
3: To provide hope and a path forward for their populations.
4: To heal the wounds that exist between the indigenous and immigrant populations.
5: To allow this nation to more fully embrace and benefit from the wisdom of the indigenous cultures.
This should be offered contingent on their acceptance.
