Offer Free child care to poor or low class citizens who are not currently recieving cash aid for themselves.

Many of the citizens of America who want to work find it hard to find a job because they have timed out of welfare assistance. Those who no longer recieve cash aid for themselves are only eligible for help with child care for one extra year while they attend school, look for employment or retain employment. This makes it difficult for low class families to improve thier living situation and care for their children. This petition proposes that child care be available to poor, low income families as long as they have a job or attend school, whether they recive cash aid for themselves or not. The biggest barrier for low class families is finding affordable child care, if child care was not an issue low class families could contribute more to the economy by gaining employment/education.
