I vehemently believe that 10,000 African students should be awarded full tuition scholarships by the Obama administration.This will help to reduce poverty in the African continent and at the same time it will tremendously benefit american strategic and national security and economic interests..China offers more scholarships than any country to students from Africa and it is also Africa's largest trading partner. Africa has more gold and oil, arable land and raw materials than any other continent on earth as such these scholarships will make African students become pro america and hence have closer ties with america than china because these will be the future leaders of Africa.America is losing Africa to China this is one step to stop that shameful decline.
