Offer legislation that requires Congressmen to pay for their own health care and pay into their own pension funds.

If reducing the deficit is truly what the Congress is trying to do they should start with taking the responsibility of their health care off the backs of the tax payer. Plus paying into their own pensions fund and stop using their legislative position to set themselves above the average citizen. They really should set Congress as an example of budgetary responsibility.
